Requirements for driving the car:
The client shall hold a valid driving licence and identity card. To rent a car the client age must be over 22 years old.
Booking a car
Booking may be done by phone call, or from our web site, or the e-mail mentioned in the web site of Shams rent company.
Method of payment
Fees rent payment of the car is done cash or by means of a credit/debit card.
Fuel
The car should be returned with same level of fuel as it was first day.
fuel missing will paid by the client.
Rental period
The minimum rental period is 24 hours as from the time of the rent.
customer will be charged 50%.if he delay returning car from 1 to 4 hours
customer will be charged 100%.if he delay returning car more than 4 hours
Delivery and return of the car
Within the bounds of the town and Varna airport .We offer free of charge delivery and return
of the cars. The delivery / return of the cars out of the region of Varna is charged additionally, toThe one direction fees is:
From Varna / to Sofia - 80 EUR
From Varna / to Saint Constantine and Golden sands – 5 EUR
From Varna / to Albena, Balchik – 10 EUR
From Varna / to Burgas, Nesebar, Sunny Beach – 35 EUR
From Varna / to Plovdiv – 80 EUR
Insurance of the car
The cars of Shams Rent are offered with compulsory “Third Party” insurance and Full Coverage Insurance ,
as integral part of the set of documents of the car. In the event of larceny, fire, lost or break-down of the
car the company assumes the responsibility, except for the cases when:
The car was driven after alcohol and drugs consumption
At the return of the car in damaged state without of a report from the Police/The Traffic Control Authorities
certifying a car accident.
If the car is with damaged tyres and wheel rims, that is not caused by fire or car accident, certified by a report of the Traffic Control Authorities.
Damages on the lower surface of the car.
THE CARS CANNOT LEAVE THE COUNTRY!
